The product itself I like. What i didn't like was having to deal with BASU. Ad states 5 to 8 days before shipping was actually over two weeks. After not receiving a shipping notification in two weeks customer service informed me that do not ship to po boxes. Nothing in their shipping policy states this. After giving them a street address it still took over a week before receiving a shipping notification. Had planned on bringing the sound grenade on a long hike in Northern Maine but never received it on time.

These things are pretty loud. The one I opened and tried. It was difficult to pull out the activator, I really had to give it a Yankee and kind of wiggle it out.. It would take substantial force on a trip line for it to pop out. I don’t know if they’re all like this I only opened one.
This is as loud as my Home Secretary Alarm is !!!
